You can see a list of your offers as well as various filter, search, and sort options.
The following sorting criteria can be seen in four columns initially:
- Title (A – Z, Z – A): sort your offers alphabetically according to title
- Contact person at the organization/li>
- Modified on/li>
- Status: published, draft/li>
Click on the column title to open a selection menu with two sections:
- Order: sort your offers in ascending or descending order, depending on context (chronologically by date of creation, alphabetically by author, etc.)
- Is a different sorting criterion relevant for you? Select a criterion from the list (date of creation, author, version, license, etc.), and this will be used instead of the criterion previously displayed in this column.
The editing menu on the left above the list can be used as soon as you activate a checkbox next to an offer.
The individual offers can then be deleted, edited (change some components), duplicated and viewed. If you activate several checkboxes, only the “Delete” symbol will be operable.
With the filters above the list
you can reduce the number of offers displayed according to the corresponding criteria, provided you have specified these at the time of offer creation.
You can remove the selected filters again (keywords and topics) by clicking on the “X”.
Use the search to find offers with a title containing the search term.
